I bet this top ten list changes every five to ten years. Twenty years ago, the list probably read: calculator,business cards, notebook, typewriter, ball point pen, correction fluid(white-out),stapler, Scotch tape, desk phone, lava lamp.

Business clients want to know a business cares about their needs and will do its best to provide services in a quick, friendly and professional manner.
